2. We don’t use sub-contractors
As many other companies are using more and more sub contractors, we here at
Premier don’t believe it’s a good practice. The quality of work performed by
sub-contractors is typically much less than that of a certified A/C
technician. Also, unlike many subcontractors, Premier’s employees are all
covered under our workers compensation, Which Consequently, would protect
the property owner from any burdens or worries should an employee get
injured on their premises.

5. We are a FPL participating independent

We work with your utility company to provide you the best unit for your
home, at the best price. As an added bonus, your participating utility
company may give you an incentive on qualifying units.
6. Stimulus plan
The US government will give you a tax credit of 30% on your bill, up to
$1,500.00 on qualifying units. We at Premier feel is our duty to provide
you with the best service possible. We can help choose the right unit for
